According to the approved temporary organizational structure and position chart for the fiscal year 2081/82 and the approved annual program of the Provincial Ayurvedic Hospital, Lakhanpur, Jhapa, health workers must be recruited for the following positions on a service contract as per the Health Worker Contract Service Procedure 2079. Therefore, qualified and interested Nepali citizens are requested to submit their applications during office hours within 15 (fifteen) days of the first publication of this notice (by 2081/09/25).

Position: Abhyagarta (Unclassified Grade)

- Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed at least Class 8 from a recognized educational institution and completed at least 3 months of training in Ayurveda under the supervision of a recognized educational institution/Ayurvedic doctor.
Eligibility:
- Must be a Nepali citizen.
- Age Limit: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceeding 45 years by the last date of application submission.
- Council Registration: Must be registered and renewed with the relevant council and not disqualified by prevailing laws.
- Selection Process: Written (objective), interview, and other assessments, and for Abhyagarta, practical and other assessments.
- Examination Fee: NPR 700 for Assistant Fifth Level, NPR 500 for Assistant Fourth Level, and NPR 300 for Unclassified Grade (to be deposited in the revenue account no. 1000100201010001, revenue title no. 24224, office code no. 3700312021 of this office at Rastriya Banijya Bank).
- Application Submission Date: From 2081/09/11 to 2081/09/25 during office hours.
- Documents to be Submitted with the Application Form: Certified copies of the applicant’s educational qualifications, training, work experience, local residence certificate, citizenship certificate, and certificates indicating endangered/marginalized/highly marginalized/Dalit caste if applicable. For educational qualifications obtained outside Nepal, an equivalence certificate determined by the Government of Nepal must be submitted.
