Since the Office of the Chief Attorney, Madhesh Province needs to fill the position of Provincial Legal Aid Officer on a contractual basis, interested advocates who meet the qualifications mentioned below are requested to fill out the application form available on the website of the Office of the Chief Attorney, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham, https://oca.madhesh.gov.np/, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Position: Provincial Legal Aid Officer
- Required Nos: 8
- Duration: 6 months / The contract period can be extended by 6 months after the expiry of the term.
- Monthly Remuneration: Equivalent to the starting scale of Gazetted Third Class
- Services to be provided: As per the specified job description
Documents to be submitted:
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate,
- Copy of certificate of graduation in law,
- Copy of advocate’s certificate,
- If any training has been received in the relevant subject, a copy of the certificate
Mode of Selection: Based on an interview and other specified criteria.
Period to report for appointment: Selected candidates must report for appointment within 7 days of selection.
