Rapti Engineering College (REC) has been magnifying legacy quality engineering education since past 15 years. REC is expanding its program in management stream announced a vacancy to be a part of REC team. REC is seeking to recruit a competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of HOD BBA Program.
Position Summary:
The HOD of BBA program will be responsible to oversee, manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure the timely progress, deliverables and reporting of the department’s academic/ research/ publication/ promotional related functions. The candidate should have proficiency in planning and executing the overall branding strategies, placement strategies, in-reach/ outreach strategies, visits/tours and exposure strategies, workshops/seminars/conferences for the BBA Program. The HOD will be accountable and report to the Principal, Managing Director & Executive Director of the REC.
Eligibility/ Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration with at least first division from a reputed institution with 5-years plus experience in an academic sector.
