- Application fee: for 8th level and 7th level is Rs.1200/- for fifth level is Rs. 700/-
- Method of submitting the application fee: The application should be registered by submitting the prescribed fee to the personnel administration branch of the office.
- Age limit: 18 years for assistant level and 21 years for officer level till the last date of application.
- Service facilities: The salary scale will be as per the prevailing rules of Nepal government and other facilities will be as per the decision of the hospital.
- The last day to submit the application is dated 2081/04/17 (until the next day if it is a public holiday).
