Ratauli Yuwa Club Under the Extended Support for Emergency Livelihood Recovery for Fire-Affected Households in Matihani Municipality, Mahottari District, in partnership with Ratauli Youth Club and FCA Nepal, interested Nepali citizens who have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 50 years of age and who meet the minimum qualifications as specified in the details are invited to apply for the relevant positions through the link mentioned below along with their personal details (Bio-Data) within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.

1. Position: Livelihood and Enterprise Development Officer – 1 person (Advertisement No.: 15-081/082)

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Development Studies, Agricultural Science, Social Science or related field or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the fields of livelihood promotion, enterprise development, education, social development and women empowerment.
  • Experience in designing and conducting training programs for income generation and professional development.
  • Good knowledge of value chain development, market linkages and microfinance.
  • Knowledge of principles of gender equality, inclusion and social justice.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in planning and implementation and project and financial management, etc.
  • Experience in coordinating with stakeholders, writing reports, conducting training, supervising, etc.
  • Practical knowledge of computers and ability to prepare, implement and track budgets

2. Position: Social Facilitator – 1 person (Advertisement No. 16-081/082)

• Minimum Qualification:
  • Proficiency certificate in any subject or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community mobilization, planning and implementation and supervision.
  • Able to support program implementation by ensuring quality technical input and support within the stipulated time frame.
  • Knowledgeable in livelihood and entrepreneurship development, gender equality and social inclusion.
  • Able to facilitate programs, training, meetings, data surveys and prepare reports at the community level.

Note:

• Applicants received after the specified date and time and who do not meet the minimum qualifications will not be included in the selection process.
• Only candidates who are initially selected will be included in the written and oral examination process.
• Priority will be given to local, female, Dalit, indigenous, Madhesi, marginalized, and disabled applicants.
• The applicant must be an honest, fair and hardworking person who adheres to the child protection policy and has not been convicted or convicted of any kind of sexual abuse, violence, exploitation, discrimination, neglect, trafficking, etc.
