Job Description
| Required Academic Qualification, Experience, and Training: |
| +2 with minimum or 2 years proven experience in managing and conducting community based projects having experience on hygiene promotion and WASH related activities in the community. |
| Required Knowledge and Skills: |
| Participate actively in conducted trainings, workshops, and meetings, |
| Mobilize community, WUC members regarding hardware and software activities, |
| Organize regular meetings, workshops, sensitization sessions at community level, |
| Actively participate in the mapping of community resources and social issues |
| Manage the local level meeting, group discussion, and orientation for the activities as per the project objective in coordination with the supervisor |
| Help facilitate and conduct public hearings and social audits in the communities |
| Submit the regular report on events, on a monthly, basis as per the requirement of the project |
| Close coordination with all the partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries of this project |
| Create and share case stories of best practices every month. |
