Sajilo Broker Limited is an upcoming newly established Company with objectives of providing brokerage servies in Nepal. 1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in capital market, merchant banking, broker house, market maker, domestic/ international banks or financial institutions at senior management level having headed multiple functions/ divisions/ business verticals.
- At least a Master’s Degree in Economics/Management from a recognized university or CA/CFA/ACCA qualified from recognized institute.
- Extensive knowledge of international/national stock brokerage practices and regulations.
- Age not exceeding 50 years as on 18 June 2023.
2. Head Operation and Compliance – 1 Position
- At least a Master’s Degree in Management/Economics from a recognized university or CA/CFA/ACCA qualified from recognized institute.
- At least 5 years’ experience in capital market, banks or financial institutions, merchant banking, broker house, securities dealer, market maker, treasury in banks as additional advantage.
- Age not exceeding 50 years as on 18 June 2023.
3. Accounts/Finance Officer- 1 Position
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from recognized institute.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Bank and Financial Institution/merchant banking/Securities companies. Having knowledge of NFRS, financial reporting, Neplese Capital Market, investment banking activities, securities business etc.
- Age not exceeding 45 years as on 18 June 2023.
4. Trading Representative/Officer – Few Positions
- At least a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
- At least 2 years’ experience in capital market, banks or financial institutions. Experience in merchant banking, broker house, dealer, market maker, legal os additional advantage.
- Age not exceeding 40 years as on 18 June 2023.
5. IT Officer – 1 Position
- At least o Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field from a recognized university.
- At least 1-year experience in merchant banking, broker house, dealer, market maker, banks & financial institutions as additional advantage.
- Age not exceeding 40 years as on 18 June 2023.
6. Sales Support/Business Development Executive – Few Positions
- At least a Bachelor Degree in management from a recognized university.
- Experience in merchant banking, broker house, dealer, market maker, banks as additional advantage.
- Age not exceeding 30 years as on 18 June 2023.
Other Requirements for Sajilo Broker Limited New Vacancy
All candidates must be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English language and be a computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
