- Plan & Implement policies & procedures.

Strategy Manager [KTM-1]
- Innovate short and long-term organizational sales strategy.
- Conduct research and analyses of operation/process/sales.
- Initiate proper strategy to launch new products, schemes, and promotional activities. (*MBA/BBA with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role)
Audit & Compliance Manager [KTM -1]
- Ensure compliance and statutory audit methodology on a daily basis.
- Daily plan & perform operation, financial audits, verify operational issues.
- Implementation of audit findings as per observations and recommendation based on daily audit reports. (*Qualified CA with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role)
Operation Manager – Sales [KTM -1]
- Monitor team activities and provide guidance.
- Train & develop team to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Encourage a positive work environment and culture for team members.
- Follow operation’s SOPs & Boost sales (*MBA/BBA with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role)
Assistant Operation Manager- Sales [KTM -1, Pokhara -1]
- Assist operation manager in monitoring stores.
- Mobilize team to ensure outstanding customer service & display products
- Motivate all employees to achieve sales targets and implement SOPs (*BBA with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role)
Assistant Manager – Brand & Marketing
- Display, Branding, Promotional activities in stores and Ecommerce platform.
- Explore revenue earning and branding tie up with probable clients (Qualification: BBA majoring in Branding and Marketing with minimum 3 years in relevant field)
Institutional Sales Officer (HORECA) [KTM -1]
- Identify and cultivate prospective customers.
- Lead new business meetings.
- Generate sales from institutions HORECA / Corporates/ INGOs/ NGOs. (*BBA with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role)
Cluster in Charge – Sales / Operation [KTM – 3, Pokhara -1]
- Lead and motivate retail branches and employees.
- Set sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Monitor stock levels and financial transactions. (*BBA with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role)
Marketing / Relationship – Officer (KTM – 1)
- Visit prospective clients & present the business proposals.

Floor Supervisor – Home Decoration & Furniture (Sales) [KTM -1]
- Lead, train and motivate team of Home Decoration & Furniture Section.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Home Decoration & Furniture and liquidate dump stock. (*BBA with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role) (*Interior Designers or experienced in Sales of Home Decoration & Furniture will be given more priority)
Floor Supervisor – Hardware & Sanitary (Sales) [KTM -1]
- Lead, train and motivate team of Hardware & Sanitary Section.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Hardware & Sanitary Products. (*BBA with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role) (*Sanitary Engineers or experienced in Sales of Hardware & Sanitary will be given more priority)
Floor Supervisor – FMCG (Food/Non-food) (Sales) [KTM -1]
- Lead, train and motivate team of FMCG Section.
- Display products and plan weekly promotions. (*BBA with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role) (*Proper knowledge of FMCG (Food/Non-food) products is mandatory)
Floor Supervisor – Household & Personal Care (Sales) [KTM -1]
- Lead, train and motivate team of Household & Personal Care Section.
