Job Description: Helmet Showroom Salesperson (Long-Term Position)
Position: Salesperson (Excel, Digital Marketing, Basic Accounting Knowledge)
Location: Teku, Kathmandu
Reports to: Showroom Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus).
- Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and report generation.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), content creation, and basic online advertising.
- Basic Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking sales revenue, and maintaining financial records.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or showroom environments is preferred, but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage data accurately, track inventory, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication, both written and verbal, with customers and colleagues.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Interest in the Motorcycle Industry: A passion for helmets, safety gear, and the motorcycle industry is a plus.
