Branch Manager

  • Minimum two years’ banking experience in any NRB licensed BF’s. Must have good knowledge in credit, operation, branch management and banking software.
  • Must have leadership qualities and excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
  • Must have ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Must have excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

 

 

 

 

Business Development Officer

  • Minimum two years’ experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in a similar post.
  • Must have experience of deposit marketing, corporate relation expansion, branding activities, promotional activities and brand & product development.
  • Analyze potential deposit market to increase the deposit level and clientele base. Maintain healthy relationship with customers to secure future transaction with them. Responsible for deposit growth target of Finance.
  • Responsible to achieve yearly deposit business goal, ready to work in target, ability to handle the business team for the purpose.
