1. Position: HR & Admin Officer

Academic Qualification and Other Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business Administration with at least 2-3 years of work experience
Ability to handle sensitive information tactfully and communicate effectively.
Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Job Responsibilities
Support in managing employee records
Coordinate and provide support in HR-related duties such as audits, recruitment, and induction.
Support in the implementation of HR policies and
Support in onboarding staff members in administration and HR procedures, as well as in the exit process.
2. Position: Civil Engineer

Academic Qualification and Other Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of professional experience (preferably in the hydropower sector)
Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Job Responsibilities
Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoDesk Land Desktop, SAP/ Staad-pro, etc.
3. Position: Mechanical Engineer – Three (3)

Academic Qualification and Other Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of experience in relevant field
Should have a Nepali Citizenship
Job Responsibilities
Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems (generators, transformers, switchgear, etc.)
Troubleshoot electrical problems to ensure optimum power generation.
Develop maintenance plans.
Supervise and coordinate with plant operators.
Possess strong verbal, and written communication and software skills (AutoCAD, etc.)
