Your Role and Responsibilities
- Instruct, mentor, and inspire students in nursing care, adopting and implementing innovative teaching methodologies.
- Develop curriculum and training modules that meet international standards and are applicable to real-world scenarios.
- Ensure adherence to nursing care protocols, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrate cultural competence and effective communication in English, Nepali, and Japanese languages.
- Collaborate and liaise with healthcare organizations and professionals to ensure the relevance and applicability of the curriculum.
Who Are We Seeking?
- Education: A graduate in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the relevant field.
- Licensure: Licensed Care Worker and Childminder.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Nepali, and Japanese.
