Shikhar Insurance Company Limited, leading general insurance company of Nepal, currently running with 103 branch offices backed by dedicated team of 600 plus human resources, seeks applications from energetic Nepalese citizens who have zeal to prove themselves as self-motivated insurance professional, can work innovatively to expand the horizon of Shikhar Insurance for following departments/posts for its corporate office and branch offices:

1. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager – Marketing Department: Few

Qualification and Experience: Minimum Master’s Degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing department of insurance / banking / hospitality industry

2. Assistant / Junior Officer – Marketing / Underwriting / Account / Claim Department: Few

Qualification and Experience: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates with aim to build career in insurance industry can apply.

3. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Human Resource Department: One

Qualification and Experience: Minimum Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Minimum 3 years’ work experience in related field.

4. Officer – Legal Department: One

Qualification and Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Prior work experience in related field and specialization in corporate law shall be added advantage.
