About Us
Shine Development Bank Ltd. was established in Butwal-Rupandehi, western Nepal’s economic and industrial center, on Falgun 11, 2065 BS with service regions spanning three districts. After merging with Resunga Bikas Bank on 2069, Chaitra 4 from Gulmi Region, the development bank was renamed Shine Resunga Development Bank Ltd., and its service territories were expanded to ten districts.

1.Digital Business Department – Kathmandu Region (few): Assistant to Junior Officer
- Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, IT or related field.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in Digital Sales preferably from BFIs, IT Companies or ecommerce platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of the Retail Banking products.
- Should have core expertise in digital marketing and have good understanding of web- based content management platforms.
