Short-term Job Vacancy 2023 at PHRD Nepal

Nepal Public Health Research and Development Center (PHRD Nepal) is conducting two different national-level surveys- World Health Survey PLUS (WHS+ Survey) and Post Campaign Coverage Survey for TCV Campaign-2022 in Nepal: Programme for Immunization Preventable Diseases all over Nepal to support the field implementation, PHRD Nepal is seeking qualified Nepali candidates under following positions:

Position: Field Researcher

• Required number: 165
• Working Location: All over Nepal
• Duration: 2-3 Months

Eligibility Criteria:

• BPH /BN/BSc. Nursing / HA / Staff Nurse any other relevant discipline
• Experience in conducting field-based survey

Position: Supervisor

• Required number: 25
• Working Location: All over Nepal
• Duration: 4-5 Months

Eligibility Criteria:

• BPH /BN/BSc. Nursing or any other relevant discipline with 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Previous experience in supervising field researchers in conducting the fieldwork

Position: Lab Technician

• Required number: 12
• Working Location: All over Nepal
• Duration: 2-3 Months

Eligibility Criteria:

• CMLT or lab assistant
• One year of experience in the biometric collection (e.g. Blood sample collection)

Basic eligibility criteria for all post :

• Experience in anthropometric assessment methods, MUAC, height and weight measurement (Preferred)
• Proficiency in using mobile and tablet-based data collection
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken Nepali and English language including mother tongue
• Should be able to travel independently during data collection
• Experience in conducting in field-based survey
• Fluent in both written and spoken Nepali and English language including mother tongue
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
