Assistant Manager/Manager Legal at Soaltee Hotel Limited
Soaltee Hotel Limited, a renowned stock listed Public Limited Company pioneering in Hospitality, is currently seeking competent, determined, self-motivated, result-oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious, and enthusiastic candidates for multiple positions based in Kathmandu within its Corporate Division. If you meet the specified criteria outlined below, we invite you to apply for the following position:
Position: Assistant Manager/Manager Legal (Post 1)
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: Below 45 Years
Education/Experience:
- BBA/BBM LLB, Master’s Degree in Law (LLM)
- Preferably around 10 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization or law firm
- Specialization in Commercial Law is preferred
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Working knowledge of National and International practices in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and other Corporate Laws
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Nepali languages
- Ability to handle corporate legal matters, labor law-related matters, and provide opinions on legal issues
- Proficient in implementing changes in Policies/Processes in accordance with corresponding laws
- Sound knowledge of Nepalese Law and expertise in legal documentation, drafting contractual agreements, petitions, applications, and correspondence in English and Nepali Language
- Coordination skills with external Lawyers/Legal Advisors and evaluating and proposing disciplinary action in employee cases
- Excellent litigation skills and experience in drafting all types of agreements and litigation applications according to the Laws of Nepal and international legal standards and frameworks
