Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a Class “D” Financial Institution approved by Nepal Rastra Bank, is expanding its microfinance programs in the Koshi Province. We are inviting qualified and interested candidates to apply for various positions at our central office.
IT Department

- Post: Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant – IT
- Required Number: Few
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Information Technology (BE/BCA/BIT/BSCIT) with 1-year experience in the microfinance sector or +2/Proficiency Certificate level with 2 years of work experience.
- Special Priority: 1-year experience in Networking, Server, SQL-Query, Computer Hardware, or related fields.
Branch Head

- Post: Senior Assistant (Branch Head)
- Required Number: Few
- Minimum Qualification: Proficiency certificate level / +2 or equivalent with 3 years of work experience in the microfinance sector.
- Special Priority: Graduates with 2 years of work experience in one level below.
General Requirements
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years (Additional 5 years for female candidates)
- Nationality: Nepali
- Computer Skills: Must have training in computer office packages, email, and internet.
Selection Process
- Type of Examination: Written and Interview
