Minimum education
- Manager/Assistant Manager: Should have passed master’s degree or equivalent examination or passed graduation with 5 years of work experience in microfinance sector.
- Senior Officer/Officer/Assistant Officer: Passed graduation or equivalent examination or passed Proficiency Certificate or equivalent examination with 5 years working experience in microfinance sector.
- Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent examination or S. L. C/SEE or equivalent with 5 years working experience in microfinance sector
- Junior Assistant/Assistant Trainee: Passed at least SLC/SEE or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution.
- Special preference will be given to those who have passed graduation or equivalent examination in Software, networking (Switch, Firewall, SAN/NAS), Database, SQL Infrastructure Handling etc. and have work experience under the authorized category.)
Additional Information
- Mode of Examination: Written or Interview or both,
- Age Limit:
- Must have completed 21 years in managerial category and not more than 45 years.
- Must be 21 years old and not more than 40 years old in the official category.
- Assistant category should be completed 18 years and not more than 35 years.
- In case of female applicants, the upper age limit will be increased by five years, but the age limit will not apply to six months of experience in microfinance sector.
- “Age” means the age to be reached on the last date of application for a post.
- The work area will be within the work area of the financial institution.
- The trial period and service facility will be as per the rules of the financial institution.
