Position: Thai Master Chef
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Master Sous Chef experience in a 5-star hotel
- Have a strong knowledge of Thai cuisine.
- Proven track record of cost control including food. equipment, labor, and waste to meet the food quality goals along with the hotel’s financial goals.
- Demonstrates a real passion for menu planning, leadership, creativity, and determination to succeed.
