According to the recommendation committee’s decision regarding the appointment of the vacant Executive Director position of Urban Development Fund in accordance with Urban Development Fund Act 2053, Regulations, 2054 and Urban Development Fund Employees Service Conditions (Amended) Regulations, 2068, this is from the interested Nepali citizens who have obtained the following minimum educational qualification, training and experience.
This notice is published for the information of all concerned to apply to the Town Development Fund, Phulchoki Mai Marg, New Baneshwar, Kathmandu within 21 days from the date of publication of the notice for the first time during office hours. If the last day of application submission falls on a public holiday, then the application form can be submitted on the next day when the office is open.
1. Minimum Educational Qualification, Training and Experience:
- Must have obtained master’s degree in economics, management, chartered accountancy or engineering from a recognized university with at least five years of experience in the relevant field or obtained a bachelor’s degree in any of the mentioned subjects and obtained at least seven years of experience in the relevant field.
- Completed 35 years of age and not more than 54 years of age by the last date of application.
2. Documents and details to be submitted:
- Candidates for the post of Executive Director duly filled application form of Schedule 10 of Municipal Development Fund Employees Service Conditions (Revised) Regulations, 2068.
- Certified copies of Nepali citizenship, educational qualification, training and experience.
- Along with the application, a self-declaration that they are not ineligible according to Regulation 138 of the Urban Development Fund Employees’ Service Conditions (Revised) Regulations, 2068, and that they have not received a DV PR from any country and have not submitted an application.
3. A working paper with a business plan to be submitted:
- Along with the candidate’s application, a working paper with a business plan in the format provided by the Executive Director Recommendation Committee should not exceed 5,000 (five thousand) words and should be stamped in the envelope and two copies should be written clearly on the outside of the envelope with their name and surname.
- Candidates should apply in the name of Nagar Development Fund in Baneshwar branch of Global IME Bank account no. 02901010000062 only 3000/- (literally three thousand) should be submitted with full receipt.
4. If false details or documents are submitted, action will be taken according to prevailing law.
5. Labor and facilities: It will be as prescribed in the Urban Development Fund Regulations, 2054.
6. Other details
- The selection recommendation committee may cancel the applications received according to this notice, with or without giving any reason, if it deems appropriate.
- The Urban Development Fund Act, Rules, Regulations, Business Plan Format and Self-Assessment Format can be obtained from the Urban Development Fund website: www.tdf.org.np.
- If any additional information regarding this is required, it can be obtained from the office of the City Development Fund during office hours.
Note: The place, time and date of the presentation of the action plan with the professional plan and the interview will be determined when the final list of candidates is published.
