Tribhuvan University, Institute of Medicine (IOM), Dean’s Office, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu Notice Regarding Staff Nurse Recruitment

The Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine (IOM) invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens for temporary contract-based positions as Staff Nurses at affiliated teaching hospitals and centers. Interested candidates meeting the qualifications are requested to submit their applications using the following details.

Position: Staff Nurse

• Number of Vacancies: Initially 32 (Thirty-Two), with additional appointments based on vacancy and merit ranking.
• Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent in Nursing from TU or a recognized institution registered with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC).

Fee and Application

• Application Fee: NPR 1,500/-
• Submission Process: Applications must be submitted online through the IOM website: www.iom.edu.np.

Application Deadlines:

1. Regular Fee Submission: From 2081/08/09 to 2081/08/25.
2. Late Submission with Double Fee: From 2081/08/26 to 2081/08/29.

• Exam Type: Written (MCQ format)
• Exam Date: 2081/09/13 (Saturday)

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 40 years for men and 45 years for women
• Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be processed.
