Civil Engineer
Location: Surkhet, Salyan, Bardiya, Jajarkot, Kalikot, and West Rukum
Supervise 33/11KV substation civil works, including site verification, surveys, and scope refinement. Establish construction guidelines, track progress, ensure quality, prepare reports, recommend alternative methods, ensure safety compliance, manage teams, and coordinate with other departments or contractors.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experience; 5+ years as Civil Overseer in construction.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of civil principles, codes, and safety regulations.
- Skills in leadership, team supervision, quality control, and analysis.
- Expert in addressing complex issues and ensuring construction compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil works at 33/11KV substations, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Conduct site verification, surveys, refine scopes, and attend onsite meetings.
- Establish construction guidelines for work quality, reporting and timelines.
- Track and report construction progress, material consumption, and manpower utilization.
- Prepare project reports, recommend alternate designs, and coordinate with departments and contractors.
