Educational Requirements
- A Master’s degree from a recognized university in fields related to administration, management, economics, engineering, or law.
Work Experience
- At least five years of managerial experience in a reputable organization.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be between the ages of 35 and 65.
Other Criteria
- Must not be disqualified according to Section 4 of the Guidelines for Appointment and Nomination of Officials in Public Bodies Affiliated to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, 2078.

Special Requirement
- A professional action plan of up to 5,000 words for the improvement of Udayapur Cement Industry. This must be submitted in either Nepali or English.
