Job Description:

Job Overview: The Partnerships, Coordination and Results Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in two key teams: the Partnership and Results Team and the Strategic Engagement Team. This specialist will contribute to the management, leadership, and outcomes of the country office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the alignment of UNDP interventions and results with strategic UNDP and national priorities.
• Contribute to the analysis and development of new partnership models and opportunities to support integrated development solutions.
• Foster coordination with key development stakeholders, UN agencies, and partners.
• Provide knowledge management, lessons learning, and networking support.
• Contribute to the implementation of the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion strategy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor’s degree with additional qualifying experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (with a Master’s degree) or 7 years (with a Bachelor’s degree) in development cooperation and partnerships.
• Proficiency in oral and written English Language.
• Knowledge of Nepali Language is an asset.
• Knowledge of other UN official language(s) is an asset.
