Qualification and Eligibility
Qualifications:
- Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Bank/Microfinance sector.
- Supervisor: Supervisor: Passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent or passed SEE or equivalent and worked for 2 years in a position below 1 level in a financial institution. Preference will be given to those who have worked as branch head.
- Sr. Assistant Trainee/Sr. Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent or passed SEE or equivalent and worked for 2 years in a position below 1 level in a financial institution.
- Assistant: Passed SEE or equivalent and 1 year working in a financial institution in a position below 1st level.
- Jr. Assistant/Trainee Assistant: Computer trained with passing SEE or equivalent.
Age:
- Officer Level: 21 – 40 Years
- Other Level: 18 – 35 Years (Additional 5 years for women candidates)
