JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Name: Network Administrator
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizing, planning, and implementing New retail and corporate services
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices and services(OLT, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc)
- Provide technical support to WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
- Remote access solution implementation and support such as IPSEC VPN
- Should of understanding of DNS, DHCP, STP, RSTP, LAG, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, GRE, P2P
- Work with vendor to resolve client issues
- Work with inter and intra-departments to resolve the issues
- Work as per requirement of the department
- Respond and resolve alerts and tickets generated
- Maintain accurate time and records in all service tickets as performed.
- Communicate with customers as needed regarding ticket progress, changes or SLAs
- Work with all team members to implement and improve Company best practices.
- High level experience in network diagnostics, root cause identification
- Proper documentation of R&D conducted and events occurred
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services (ACS, AMS, Network Automation, etc)
Minimum Qualification
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Bachelor’s Degree in IM or any related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS – Preferable

- Understand and consult on hardware, security products and services, data center colocation, WiFi, and cloud solutions for Large Mid Enterprise customers across various industry verticals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design network and security solutions that meet those needs
- Develop technical roadmaps and plans for implementing new technologies and solutions
- Evaluate and select technologies and tools to be used in the development and deployment of solutions
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise customer IT solutions and integrations, with a focus on network and security
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner, with a focus on network and security
- Analyze and interpret alerts related to Network, SIEM, and SOC solutions
- Identify new business opportunities in coordination with the business development team and potential clients, through research and analysis of business, industry, competitive, and client-specific issues and trends
- Plan and prepare general and specific presentations about the company and its products and services, with a focus on network and security
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols for network and security - Engineer, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of core networks and information
- Design, deploy, and implement core network security architecture, and develop detailed cyber security designs
- Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers, opportunities, and submission of tender and contract documents
- Configure and troubleshoot security and network infrastructure devices.
- Apply company-wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer needs, and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off
Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security/cybersecurity enhancement. - Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks, with a focus on network and security
