Position / Location Description
1. Associate Director Sales

Location: Kathmandu

· Needs to have leadership qualities for an Acting – Head of Department role.

· Needs to be established in corporate and leisure sales market. .Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality sales. (Pokhara/regional sales knowledge preferred)

· Based in Kathmandu with frequent trips to Pokhara required.

2. Finance Manager

Location: Pokhara

· Needs to be familiar with the use of the hotel property management system and able to manage all operations of finance and administration.

. Minimum 3 years’ experience as Finance Manager in 4 Star or above hotel property.

· Education: Bachelors (eg. BBS) – minimum.

3. Assistant Manager – Housekeeping

Location: Pokhara

· Needs to be an active hands-on leader able to manage rooms and public areas.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

· Familiarity with using property management systems will be an added advantage, but it is not a requirement.

4. Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage 

Location: Pokhara

· Needs to have a thorough in-depth understanding of the requirements of events & banquets with additional administrative and management capabilities.

· Needs to have at least 4 years’ experience in a food and beverage leadership capacity, with focus on banquet and convention facilities.

· It is a leadership role with administrative and management capabilities required.
