Vijay Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national-level microfinance financial institution with a “D” class license from Nepal Rashtra Bank, invites applications for the following positions within 15 days from today’s date.

Job Positions:

Trainee Assistant (IT)

• Level: Fourth
• Required No: Few
• Qualification and Experience:
  • At least passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
  • Preference will be given to those who have studied computer subjects or received necessary training.
  • Preference will be given to those with work experience in the related field
• Age: Completed 18 years and less than 35 years
• Work Place: Central Office

Trainee Assistant

• Level: Third
• Required No: Few
• Qualification and experience:
  • At least passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
  • Preference will be given to those with work experience in the related field
• Age: Completed 18 years and less than 35 years
• Place of Work: In the office designated by the organization

Junior Assistant Trainee

• Level: Third
• Required No: Few
• Qualification:
  • At least SLC/SEE pass or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
• Age: Completed 18 years and less than 35 years
• Place of Work: In the office designated by the organization

Type of Exam: Oral Interview

Salary: As per the organization’s rules

Probationary Period: Six months

Note:

• Computer operation knowledge is required for all the mentioned posts.
• Shortlisted candidates must bring a copy of their Nepali citizenship certificate or any other government-issued photo ID on the day of the oral examination.
• For educational certificates obtained from institutions outside Nepal, an equivalency certificate must be submitted to the Government of Nepal.
• Special consideration will be given to eligible Dalits, tribals, Madhesi, women, and the destitute from rural areas.
• Female candidates will have an upper age limit extended by five years.
• The institution reserves the right to make the final selection without providing a reason.
