Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in DBMS and SQL (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL)

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure, manage and troubleshoot Virtualization solutions from VMware & Microsoft like- vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, and Hyper-V etc.
  • Configure, manage and troubleshoot Backup and replication solutions like Veeam, Neverfail, Nakivo, Commvault, and SRM etc.
  • Actively participate in delivering Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, and Business continuity solutions.
  • Configure and manage Windows Active Directory, File Server, DNS etc. in Data Center Infrastructure.
  • Configure, manage and troubleshoot Email services & Email security solutions at customer site.
  • Configure and manage Servers, SAN storage, NAS storage, FC switches etc. in Data center infrastructure.
  • Able to work and troubleshoot with basic features of Network switches, Network Firewalls etc.
  • Follow best practice troubleshooting procedures to resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Document incident reports and resolution techniques properly for future reference.
  • Collaborate with vendors & customers for support and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to prepare proposals related to system services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in training and certification programs related to system infrastructure solutions.
  • Take part in in-house training sessions to empower internal resources.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with a minimum 2 years of working experience in the capacity of System Administrator
  • Good understanding of the OSI TCP/IP Model.
  • Experience in VMware solutions deployment and management like vSphere / vCenter / vSAN etc.
  • Experience in configuring and managing Microsoft Solutions like Hyper-V / Active Directory / File Services etc.
  • Experience in working with SAN Solutions from OEMs like Dell / HP / Cisco / Huawei / Netapp etc.
  • Candidates having certifications like VCP / MCSE / RHCE / CCNA will have preference.

3. Enterprise Support Representative

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Solve customer’s technical issues remotely or on-site. Ensures customer satisfaction with follow-ups by visits & calls.
  • Ability to handle the task of Link Provisioning & VLAN Configuration.
  • Handle level-appropriate customer support requests via the ticket system.
  • Create and maintain customer loyalty by serving customers above and beyond their expectations.
  • Respond to customer’s enquiries relating to information, and fault calls resolving as many queries as possible on the first interaction.
  • Track enquiry resolution progress and proactively call customers with a status update or resolution if queries cannot be resolved during the initial interaction.
  • Identify and escalate problems affecting several customers or influencing the timely resolution of customer’s enquiries. This would include escalations to the team leader and other support, sales, or resolver groups as appropriate.
  • Engagement in additional projects or areas of responsibility that will improve the team’s performance.
  • Proactively contribute to the sub-ordinates and achieve teams & department goals.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in a support function.
  • Experience with a diverse range of Monitoring Suites not limited to Nagios & Cacti
  • Good problem management, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to meet scheduled deadlines in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Proven strong customer service oriented.
  • Willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility with working hours (On / Off hours as required)
  • Willing to visit customers extensively (for meetings & troubleshoot)
  • Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, in English with customers and colleagues.
  • Should have Two-wheelers.
