- Define machine breakdown standards.
- Maintain the History Card and perform time based maintenance by applying different approach like planned/schedule preventive maintenance, Autonomous and corrective maintenance.
- Carryout Daily Maintenance related work efficiently and report to HOD.
- Organise Various training regarding Engineering and Manufacturing aspect.
- Promote the safe working standard in workplace.
- Prepare the job order and assign to the correspondent.
- Calculate daily OEE, MTBR, MTTR and prepare other documents like energy consumption report, DG reports etc.
- Implementation of best engineering practices like Kaizen, GMP.
- Conduct time base different audit throughout the plant.
- Responsible for Inventory management with the coordination of Engineering Stores.
