- Designation: Executive Director
- Minimum qualification:minimum bachelor degree in any discipline (master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum Experiences:minimum 5 years working experiences in organization and project management.
- Duty station: Buddhabhumi-10, Chetradei, Kapilvastu
- Salary and benefits:Negotiable
- Required skills and knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English languages.
- Excellent linkage and coordination skill with line agencies, donors and executive boards.
- Good skills in team building.
- Having sound knowledge of organizational development and overall management of day to day administration.
- Good knowledge and skills of project designing, writing, and implementing.
- Good social marketing as well as public relation strengthening skills.
- Good knowledge and skills of proposal writing.
- Major role and responsibilities:
- Strengthen and manage day to day administration of the organization.
- Enhance internal as well as external coordination and cooperation.
- Cooperate with the executive board for policy and program promotion, update and finalization.
- Support the board in organizational development (OD).
- Strengthen linkage, coordination and cooperation as well as rapport building with staffs, board, partnership and line agencies.
- Play coordinating and bridging role between the board and staffs.
- Maintain line of command and communication in staffs.
- Overall reporting to the board, partner organization.
