Job Description
| Field visits for internet installation, troubleshooting, shifting, etc. |
| Identify and resolve problems at the client’s end. |
| Educate customers and provide immediate L2-level field support. |
| Perform any other fiber-related tasks as assigned |
Requirements
| Intermediate pass or at least SLC passed |
| Must have two wheelers driving license. |
| Good communication skills, polite and punctual. |
| Ability to work under pressure, shift-wise, and in overtime if required. |
