As there is a shortage of subject teachers in the community schools operating under the Ghorahi sub-metropolis, candidates who are eligible to fill the post of volunteer teachers are invited to apply within 7 days of the publication of this notice.
Position: Volunteer Teacher
A. Level: Basic (6-8)
- Subject: English
Required number: 5 - Subject: Science and Technology
Required number: 6 - Subject: Math
Required number: 1 - Subject: Math, Science
Required number: 7 - Subject: Sanskrit
Required number: 1 - Subject: Sports
Required number: 3
B. Level: Secondary (Class 9-10)
- Subject: Nepali
Required number: 1 - Subject: Science and Technology
Required number: 2 - Subject: Social Studies
Required number: 1
Qualification and License
| Basic Level (6-8) | Passed proficiency certificate level in related subject Obtained permanent teaching license of lower secondary level Passed Proficiency Certificate level in any subject or equivalent and received minimum 1 month training from a government-recognized educational institution related to sports. Teaching license is not mandatory for sports and Sanskrit subject teachers. |
| Secondary Level (9-10) | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related subject and received 10 months training in education. 10 months training in science and technology is mandatory. Obtained secondary level permanent teaching permit |
