1. Assistant – Procurement
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers or vendors.
- Maintain vendor databases, including contact information, product catalogs, and pricing.
- Coordinate order confirmation and acknowledgment with suppliers.
- Maintain procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Organize and file procurement-related documents for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and audits.
- Research potential suppliers, Conduct regular follow-ups and gather information on their products and services.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining procurement-related documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of procurement processes is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
- Male candidates with valid two wheeler license and vehicle are preferred.
2. Officer – Human Resources
- Work with Human Resources Department head to develop and organize training programs
- Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
- Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
- Conduct continuous market visit for research purpose
- Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assist in performance management processes and monitoring employee performance
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Support team with various responsibilities which are relevant to the departmental needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in the HR department
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Male candidates having own vehicle and valid license is highly preferred
3. Graphic Designer
- Create high-quality graphics, including images, illustrations, info graphics, and visual content for digital and print media
- Design attention-grabbing banners, ads, and promotional materials to enhance the company’s social media presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns
- Ensure the graphics align with the brand’s visual identity and message
- Resize and format images to suit various social media platforms and their specific requirements
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and social media best practices to ensure content is relevant and engaging
- Enhance and retouch images as needed for social media posts
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Effectively communicate and present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
- Candidates with prior experience as a graphic designer are preferred
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their design requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and social media graphics work is a plus
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Good communication and teamwork skills
