Position: Regional Manager/Coordinator
Location: Kathmandu and Dhangadhi
Academic Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in agriculture/Agri-business/ Economics/ management and related discipline. Candidate having master’s degree in relevant discipline shall be prioritized.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years of proven experience in Agriculture Business Growth & Development.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on application deadline.
Required Competency:
- Knowledge of overall agriculture sector, excellent marketing and negotiation skills, Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind, Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role, Outstanding communication skills, Up to date with latest national & International trends and marketing best practices, experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment, experience in organization development and change management.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills, the ability to develop in-depth knowledge of agriculture products and markets, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
