| Nalgad Hydropower Company Limited, based in Madhyabaneshwar, Kathmandu, is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic leaders who are passionate about contributing to the hydropower sector in Nepal. Applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens who meet the specified age, educational qualification, and experience criteria. |
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
| Age Limit | Applicants must be at least 35 years old and not older than 61 years. |
| Educational Background and Experience | A postgraduate degree in engineering from a reputable university. |
| A minimum of 4 years of work experience in the hydropower sector post-graduation. | |
| At least 12 years of experience in other infrastructure sectors or a combined 12 years of experience including teaching in a relevant field at a recognized educational institution. | |
| Integrity and Compliance | Candidates should not have been convicted of offenses related to corruption, money laundering, or moral degradation. Additionally, applicants should not be blacklisted or barred as per current laws and must be up-to-date with personal and government tax payments. |
| Conflict of Interest | Applicants or their family members should not hold significant shares or have been in a key management, audit, or consultancy role in any competing electricity generation, transmission, distribution, or related business within the last year. |

| Required Documents | Applicants must submit an application form, CV, educational and work experience certificates, departmental approval if applicable, and a self-declaration form. These forms are available on the company’s website. |
| Business Strategy and Action Plan | Candidates need to submit a detailed business strategy and action plan, covering topics from the national and international electric power development scenario to innovative suggestions for the company. The plan should be in Nepali or English, not exceeding 2000 words. |

Selection, Tenure and Compensation
