Qualifications
| Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering |
| Experience in the packaged drinking water/ beverage industry of 8-10 years |
| Knowledge of the latest local safety and labor laws and regulations would be an added advantage |
| Detailed knowledge of quality control standards and plant and manufacturing operations |
| Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. |
| Excellent written and verbal communication |
| Ability to lead a large team |
Job Responsibilities
| Plant Installation: |
| Lead the installation process of the new plant, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are set up according to industry standards and company guidelines. |
| Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective plant setup. |
| Staff Hiring: |
| Recruit, train, and supervise key personnel, including Line Managers and Quality Control staff. |
| Contribute to the development of a high-performing team by fostering a positive work environment. |
| Plant Maintenance: |
| Oversee and manage routine maintenance activities to ensure the plant operates at peak efficiency. |
| Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment malfunctions promptly. |
| Quality Control: |
| Establish and implement quality control processes to maintain the highest product standards. |
| Work closely with Quality Control teams to monitor and enhance product quality. |
| Factory Management: |
| Assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the factory. |
| Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency. |
| Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant operations with organizational goals. |
| Analyze and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement. |
| Site Placement and Planning: |
| Provide insights and recommendations on the optimal placement of equipment and facilities within the plant. |
| Contribute to the planning and layout of the plant for maximum productivity. |
| Packaging and Labeling: |
| Collaborate with packaging and labeling teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company branding standards. |
| Oversee the packaging process to guarantee products are presented appealingly and securely. |
| Product Supervision: |
| Supervise production processes to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. |
| Implement measures to improve production efficiency and reduce waste. |
