Soaltee Hotel Limited (the ‘Company) is a stock listed Public Limited Company Pioneering in Hospitality owns and operates The Soaltee Kathmandu, a luxury Five Star Hotel seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, result oriented, dynamic, confident, ambitious and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions. MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE
Post -1 (One)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization or Audit Firm. Experience in Multinational Corporate Companies/hotels with global exposure will be an added advantage or
- Chartered Accountant final year appeared with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, specializing in Finance and Accounting, and at least 6 years of work experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization or Audit Firm. Experience in Multinational Corporate Companies/hotels with global exposure will be an added advantage
SOALTEE HOTEL LIMITED VACANCY,KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- A good understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Financial Management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements with familiar in the Financial Accounting System software.
- Should be a financial analytical skill with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational, report writing, and communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Assist in Due Diligence process management and regulatory compliances, validate data, and analyze for accuracy and relevance and taxation matters.
- Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel etc.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject and at least 2 years of work experience in a reputed organization or will be given those who have experience of hotel construction and Engineering firm, preference renovation work Or 3 years Diploma in relevant subject and at least 10 years of work experience in a reputed organization or Engineering firm, preference will be given those who have experience of hotel construction and renovation work
