SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
| Follow up on item creation on Oracle with a base of item use and nature. |
| Shipment verifying requisition versus receiving and entry on software. |
| Conduct periodic counts and physical verification of inventory. |
| Ensure the availability of stocks for installation/troubleshooting/upselling/expansion. |
| Maintain proper control of inventory at branch warehouse and sub locators. |
| Verifying the reports of logistics and reporting to management. |
| Proper Documentation, record keeping and verification with the base of Logistic guidelines. |
| Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor. |
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
| At least intermediate completed with 6 months of experience in WorldLink. |
| Overall knowledge of purchase and inventory on Oracle software as well as physical. |
| Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills. |
| Knowledge about inventory items. |
| Ability to handle stress. |
| Must have own two-wheeler. |
