| Basic Criteria: |

| Sales and Marketing Experience |
| Experience in the field of construction sector will additional priority |

| Must have own two wheeler driving license with Bike/scooter. |

Responsibilities & Duties:
| Dealer appointments and handle within concern area, maintain a healthy relation and track their sales activities and reporting. |
| Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written with aptituede for persuasion and negotiation. |
| Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers. |
| Periodic Sales and collection planning, Boost up sales planning, execute the plan and reporting to department head. |
| Finding and visiting projects, market research to enhance sales and marketing activities. |
| Meeting with core stakeholders (developers, engineers, contractors, consultants, & property owner) to educate and explore the Product. |
| Competitor’s activity analysis, Industry analysis & market share analysis. |
| SWOT Analysis of the market on basis of selling product or services. |
