Progressive Finance Limited New Vacancy for Branch Manager, Relationship Manager. Operation In Charge, Assistant up to Officer Level, Trainee Assistant

One of the reputed and fast-growing national-level financial institutions with a Class ‘C’ license from Nepal Rastra Bank. It believes in meritocracy, transparency, professionalism, team spirit, and service excellence as its core values. We are currently on the lookout for dynamic, result-oriented, pragmatic, self-motivated, and passionate candidates to join us in the following positions:

1. Branch Manager – Supervisor up to Officer Level [Few](All Provinces)

• Should have at least 5 years’ experience in BFIs. Preference will be give to having overall banking knowledge and at least 3 years of experience Branch Manager or Relationship Manager in any BFIs. 

2. Relationship Manager – Supervisor/Sr. Assistant/Assistant [Few](All Provinces)

• Should have at least 2 years of experience in related department in Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent organization.

3. Operation In Charge – Sr. Assistant/Assistant/Jr. Assistant [Few](All Provinces)

• Should have at least 2 years of experience in related department in Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent organization.

4. For different Departments – Assistant up to Officer Level [Few]

• (Central Credit Department/Central Operations Department/ Loan Recovery Department/ Credit Administration Department/Credit Risk Department
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in related department in Bank/Financial Institution or equivalent organization.

5. Trainee Assistant for Branches [Few] (All Provinces)

Candidates must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management from recognized University. It is an entry level job position, prior work experience is not required.

Other Information:

• Candidates applying for all position must have minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management.
• Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali language.
• Age of candidates applying for Officer should not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as on January 04, 2024 Age of candidates applying for Trainee Assistant not below 18 years and not exceeding 30 years as on January 04, 2024. 
• For female candidates age limit at higher side is increased by 5 years for all positions.

Only shortlisted candidates will be informed about further recruitment and selection process. Candidates with working experience other than BFI can also apply.

Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates.
